For some reason, I never see messages from Sgt (Join to see), Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen or SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth and I have not received any messages from Maj William W. 'Bill' Price since February. On my dashboard, I do see that Kerry, Jack, Cowboy and Bill Price are contacting me.
1. To be honest I do not know how many other people can not send a message through RallyPoint which reaches me.
2. I do see the votes up from each of them; but, I never get any messages about their comments.
3. I am confident in the LORD that HE is in complete control. Each day I seek HIS guidance on who and what to pray for.
4. I have a medical appointment this afternoon. I will try to post an update and respond to some posts later

LTC Stephen F. the logic for the notifications it can be a bit obscure, but you do not get notified every time one of your contacts posts something. It usually has to "tip the scale" to being notified because it's a group you're following (unless they specifically tag you in the post).
However, none of them should have a problem with sending a direct message to you.

My administrator friend and brother-in-Christ COL Randall Cudworth I recognize you are relatively new to RallyPoint. This issue occurs many times over the years. Six or 7 years ago RallyPoint suspected it was my domain administrator which blocked me from receiving emails. I had added Rallypoint.com to the white lists of my domain via the domain administrators
I specifically mentioned Maj William W. 'Bill' Price, Sgt (Join to see) and Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen because they specially mentioned me today.
I have not received any emails via Rallypoint from Lt Col Jack, Sgt Kerry, or SGT David for over a year.
I happened to find Maj William Price's mentioning me on my Civil War Post today. Sgt Kerry and LT Col Jack mention me specifically each day. Sgt David Groth comments many times and I have to search posts to fin his comments [hit sometimes and miss many.
Our brother-in-Christ PO3 Edward Riddle let me know he has not received any RallyPoint emails since yesterday.
I hope that Rallypoint.com network technicians and administrators will be able to restore the RallyPoint email distribution system in the next day or two - hopefully by the weekend.

LTC Stephen F. - are you referring to the notice that is sent to your personal email account ("Email Notifications" under the "Settings" page)? If so, I apologize as I thought you were talking about the 'notifications' (the 'bell' icon next to your profile picture in the upper right) of someone posting.
I assume you've double-checked "RallyPoint Notifications", "Activity In My Network" and "My Discussions" to ensure that no code updates from the RallyPoint end didn't change your settings (that has happened occasionally).
*chuckle* .. BTW, I've actually been here for a little over nine years ... I just took a break when I got into one of those "Director" assignments that dominated my life.
