I am a retired AF Lt Col, I followed that with a career in school counseling and mental health therapy. I currently work with military/veterans and family members dealing with grief and loss. I am a Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces volunteer. I do workshops for active duty/veterans/family members in resiliency and mind-body.
