Okay. Maybe I'm missing something. Why would women be buying life-size female dolls? Wouldn't they prefer to be lesbians and sleep together? As for me, I'm straight and I would rather live alone then live with a blow-up doll. Or another guy.
BEGIN SATIRE
I too wish I could purchase a Japanese life size doll anatomically correct just enough to suggest that they are an adult. Except they can't talk dirty to me and I don't think there's a place to plug them in to turn the heater on. Who wants to sleep with a cold, dead feeling, doll? Oh! Some of you have met my ex-wife.
END SATIRE
Seriously though in your follow-up it suggests "negligent rape" and "negligent sexual assault" are not crimes currently defined under American law. I guess I was a cop too long because I know the definition of rape is sexual intercourse with a woman, with penetration no matter how slight, with a portion of the male anatomy or any other inanimate object. Sexual battery is the unwanted sexual touching with the intention of gratifying the party without their consent. These are the actual definitions under California law which basically follows federal law. So what the hell is up with this negligent rape nonsense?
For the women reading please accept at this point that my next comments are not intended to offend or appear misogynistic. I'm a teddy bear and I greatly respect women.
Let's face it guys. Most of us have been on dates that have gotten sexual in nature and in some cases it's not uncommon for the girl to be really into it. You take her top off and she doesn't stop you and your shirt comes off and then maybe your pants and still there isn't a no. They are very much into it as her bra and panties come off and you're both naked. She is physiologically into it and it'd like a dam broke as the two of you get pretty hot and heavy. But then it's not uncommon for a woman to say "No, no", but her actions and body movements say "Yes, oh God yes!" What she's actually saying is "No, please stop because I don't want this to get out and people think I'm a slut. But oh God how I want you! Please stop -- I can't do this. I just met you..." She may be thinking "Just take me. I want you." But yet she says no. Her desire to be perceived as the lady that she is is contradicted but her body and if you don't stop..." It can be incredibly confusing for a man. A normal man knows when a woman really means "NO! Get your f%$&ing hands off of me and stop!" Often times followed by a kick to the groin. These two demonstrate the difference between how that really means yes and know that NO! really really means NO! The problem is when she really means yes and the next morning you wake up and she's gone home to her boyfriend, guilt ridden. Morality. It's easier to claim [negligent] rape. She doesn't stop you and it appears mutual. You hope to see her again. Until the next morning when she files charges. This is what makes rape difficult to investigate and prosecute.
This is why in law enforcement we have to investigate and apparently interrogate the alleged victim to make sure which one it was. In the cases where she's been beat to snot it's pretty obvious. There is absolutely no denying that and I have seen it far too many times. When one goes to interview the female victim and she begins screaming uncontrollably when you enter the room you know that she has definitely been traumatized. Some however are more passive about it. They almost seem casual as they tell you. Although they may have been raped they somehow think it's their fault but yet they're still at the hospital getting a rape kit done. There's a bit of psychology that goes into the investigation. As the father of four daughters I swear I will put a 40 cal between a guy's eyes and spend the rest of my life in prison if he violated any one of my girls. I'm old now and well, it would be a short visit. So again ladies, please understand my comments are not meant to be misogynistic but rather investigatory in nature. My description is based on professional experience and, well - been there. She said stop and I did. Some time later she confided that she didn't really want me to stop.
Alcohol very often plays a role and I guess what we're calling negligent rape as well as negligent sexual battery are really enigmatic. However and it's important to note, that even if one is intoxicated no can still mean no. In fact in California there's a specific charge for rape of an incapacitated person. Those are the ones incapable of saying no because they're knocked out. Whether they're passed out drunk or they've been roofied.
Assault is the intention of committing battery and battery is completion of the act. People always use the word incorrectly.
So now we're in an age where women believe that the world should just be women alone. How many generations would it take then for the population of the entire world to disappear? What would the purpose be? I honestly don't believe we live in a world where men openly prey on women. In fact, just the opposite. We can look for example if the Duke lacrosse players that were implicated in a gang rape only to find out that it was a prostitute did lied. She destroyed the lives and potential future careers of these young men and the simple sentence she received not compare.
We simply cannot allow ourselves to legally classified "negligent rape" and "negligent sexual battery" as crimes. They are either rape or sexual battery with no gray area in between.

Women: Strong Powerful Wammen Complains to HR and Three Men Get Fired. Hurt Her Fee Fees
I guess this strong powerful wammen can't actually adult as of yet. But, no matter. We all know this game is rigged against men and women now literally have ...
Bob, I hear you and understand what your saying. The main problem is where ladies have weaponized the legal system. To the point where they can get men fired, jailed and have the courts dispose of his property and or assets if the lady goes to authorities (HR, Police or Legal) for just about anything. This is bringing a new reality to men and vast amounts of men are moving to MGTOW in many or all degrees.
I have left a link showing where what men said after work at a Bar has cost them their jobs.
But, no matter. We all know this game is rigged against men and women now literally have the power of career death in their hands if you 'offend' them even when NOT AT WORK.

PO3 (Join to see) I'm afraid that I have to agree with you. Some women and not all women have weaponized negligent rape in negligent sexual battery. Or HR complaints of inappropriateness. They don't like the fact that they didn't get a raise or promotion and they blame their boss and they set him up. And these days it could even be the female that's the boss but it doesn't work in reverse. I don't want to believe that most women have weaponized sexuality. It is the woke movement. At my age living alone with four cats I don't think I'm going to get any before I die. I don't have to worry about it. My point was simply to point out the obvious that in the active growing into adults many if not most of us have been in situations where it has been confusing. Does she really mean yes I want you but she saying no? Do you need to ask her permission to kiss her good-night? We've reached the point of being ridiculous but unfortunately it's important now. Guys, check her ID. Make sure she's 18. I know of a guy that did six years because she looked 21. The court felt that he should have known that she wasn't. Her parents found out and prosecuted for unlawful sex with a minor. Of course they had her dressed up with her hair pulled back in a sweet dress on with a sweater looking nice even sweet and innocent. No offense ladies, but the description I got when she was a ho in bed. It happens. So yes I agree with you Jim that men have to be careful.

SSG Robert Ricci - In FL in the Spring of 2019 a nice looking, tall, with long hair to her belt 27yr old asked if she could take me out to supper. I said okay and after the meal I left her at the establishment we met at. I paid zero of her food or drink.
Just in Oct 2019 a girl at the drive thru of a Burger King asked if I give rides in my Diesel Pickup? LOL !!! I looked over to the lady that was sitting on my right and then back to her and said,,,, Nope,,, while smiling politely.
Things like this make me realized just how far they have fallen.
