• Jerold is the companys CEO/President and Principle Consultant.
• As the CEO/President, Jerold is responsible for the company’s strategic and tactical human capital initiatives in our consulting business; The consultancy includes expertise in employee relations, compliance and recruiting programs.
• As the Principle Consultant, Jerold is an HR Business consultant, working with operations and executive teams; He consults on topics regarding budgeting, recruitment, retention, interviewing techniques, implementing job descriptions, policy/procedure development, management coaching, training, etc.
• Jerold implements and manages activities related to talent development/management, employee events, education/training, recruitment, orientation-on boarding, benefits, employee relations, payroll, and salary administration
• Jerold consults with employers on employee related HR policy issues promptly and efficiently to assist them in reaching proper resolution
• Jerold conducts leadership and management training in areas identified for development and improvement to include but not limited to hiring practices, interviewing skills, coaching on employee motivation& morale, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, identifying &developing talent, initiating promotion/transfer opportunities
• Jerold evaluates recruitment and retention performance initiatives, implements workforce/succession planning strategies to attract and retain key employees
