School trained TAI awarded ASI of Q9. Conducted extensive traffic enforcement, DUI task force, traffic accident investigation and reconstruction, radar operations and instruction.
Riot Control.
Riot control Duty with the Cuban refugees that came over in 1980 to 1981. I don't recall the exact dates. We were also later deployed to Fort Chaffee, Arkansas where we were in three separate riots of rather severe actions. Overturned patrol cars set on fire, rioters attempting to break into the armory, and more.
