Brigade CSM for the 1st Engineers, a geographically dispersed TRADOC Brigade consisting of four battalions providing training to Engineer Soldiers in both basic and advanced individual training and Engineer Officers and Warrant Officers basic and advanced training with an annual course load of 18,000 to 20,000 Engineers. The Brigade was also responsible for several specialized training courses such as Engineer working dogs, Sapper Leader, Urban Breaching, and Route Clearance.
