SMSgt Lawrence McCarter agreed. Too bad we are not doing the same thing for the Parkland shootings.

If a Country, Nation, or whatever doesn't establish definitive punishment for murder, mass murder and other killings regardless of weapon used, then the punishment does not fit the crime... The Supreme Court has made a judgement and in my humble opinion was the correct one...and the individual sentenced by the original Trial by Jury deserves the punishment handed down...

Supreme Court Rules on Church Murderer – Dylann Roof’s Death Sentence Appeal Is Officially Denied
By Adam Casalino|October 11, 2022
The Supreme Court has been handing down monumental rulings in recent months. With the start of its fall term, they have not let off the gas.
The court is securing wins for Americans in the area of the Second Amendment, religious rights, and more. Their most recent decision will uphold law and order in a way few have before.
The Supreme Court has been handing down monumental rulings in recent months. With the start of its fall term, they have not let off the gas.
The Supreme Court has denied an appeal made by mass murderer Dylann Roof, who was convicted of killing nine people in a shooting at a Black church in 2015.
The court did not comment on the case in dismissing it.
Roof was seeking a Supreme Court decision on handling disputes surrounding his mental health.
Roof previously demanded evidence of his mental health be left out of his trial and fired his legal representation during sentencing.
Democrat heads must be spinning over this one. The Supreme Court refused to take up a case appealing the death penalty for Dylann Roof–who killed nine people at a black church in 2015.
Ryan is the first person to be sentenced to death for a federal hate crime.
So, how will Democrats respond to this news? Will they be happy that a federal law that protects minorities is being enforced?
You’d think they would be reasonably pleased that a man who killed nine black people–over clearly racist views–is facing justice.
But at the same time, Democrats have long lobbied to get rid of the death penalty. And Democrats have been fighting for “criminal justice reform” which often puts the rights of criminals ahead of their victims.
Gladly, patriots don’t have this problem. They will celebrate the fact that the Supreme Court did not entertain the demands of a cold-blooded killer.
This man took the lives of nine Christians whose only crime was attending a Bible study."

MSgt Robert E. M.
Have the court of South Carolina set a date for his death, or do we have to wait for another two years? The good news is he still has time to do what one of the thieves did or didn't do.
