Let's see here. The 1st Amendment has four tenets in it:
1. The right to speak freely
2. The right to practice one's religion
3, The right to peaceably assemble
4. The right of the press to conduct reporting

Two of those four (2,3) are currently curtailed by state orders.
Two of those four (1, 4) is currently being regulated by the likes of facebook and google, determining what is true or conforms to their opinion.

I can't lie. This is a very troubling development.

There are 5 tenets, the fifth is usually never talked about. The right to redress your grievances with the government.

In addition, to even see your representative which was a part time job at one time, you would go to their district office when congress wasn't in session. They've removed our ability to redress those grievances unless you can vacation and travel to DC and SCHEDULE an appearance that can be cancelled by congress on a whim.

I don't see any being curtailed, limited perhaps but you can still do all, just not in large groups.
