Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs I like the topic.
I have a suggestion. Instead of just making a to-do list, make a list of what you can do today that makes you feel good. Calling a friend, enjoying a few minutes of nature, time out to relax, a hug (given or gotten), etc. Make that part of your daily checklist. Find things to smile about and do them; your mood will definitely improve. What can you do to boost your mood today?
