Congratulations to the others. I maintain a reading and video wishlist on Amazon. Now if we could dial down the inflation rate.

RallyPoint News Sergeant/E-5 was the most challenging but rewarding, I had to overcome a confidence problem and lead by example as a Sergeant/Professional Noncommissioned Officer, which enhanced my career as a leader.

USMA cadet, after serving as an enlisted man was the most challenging and yet rewarding. I listened to upper class men, with no active duty experience, telling me how how things were done in the Army. I did my best to hold my peace and help my less experienced classmates as we struggled together to survive and thrive as cadets.

Chief Petty Officer (E-7)

Middle management at its best. Responsible for training up and down the chain of command. Molding young enlisted people to be a part of the team. Molding young officers to be leaders. This is often thankless in both directions, but the system would fail without them

I totally understand that. While not prior enlisted or the USMA I did go through the Corps of Cadets at a military college and that experience certainly made getting through the Lieutenant stage easier for me.
