Bio
My Navy experience led to my recruitment by the govt. After several years of experience in the law enforcement/intelligence arena I received a fellowship to the University of Denver where I received my MBA and a Presidential Management Internship including service at the Naval Weapons Center, China Lake where I had the opportunity to meet Gov. Ronald Reagan. This led to postings in DC in the Reagan Administration. After this service I went to the private sector in the consulting community. In 2000 I started my own company providing strategy, intelligence analysis, counter-terrorism and risk management services to the private and public sectors. The company grew to 300+ employees, and in 2020 I sold it. I have served on the Board of Trustees for Mercyhurst University, as Secretary for the International Association for Intelligence Education, as a small business mentor for the SBDC and as a volunteer counselor at the VA and Walter Reed Army Hospital.
