This was simply labeled "KPFA Broadcast 1968", known to be recorded at the Fillmore West 1968.
This is confirmed by the DJ's station ID'ing and Steve's comment of "...this is "Song Of Our Ancestors... 1968". The KPFA broadcast is of very good sound, as well as a great performance.
