Looks like they are already on the way down the toilet I wouldn't even want to visit there for any reason, it's already not a safe place to even stop !

SMSgt Lawrence McCarter I don't know, growing up living between the two, I always felt safer taking the train to NYC to party rather than going to Boston. Now times have changed and the Irish mob in Boston may not be what it was, so I'll defer to you on current status.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - There are still places in Boston You don't want to be after dark so not everything has changed. I avoid those areas anyway but not all of the city is that way. There are places i don't mind going in Boston however but still don't like driving in that city.

I was listening to a lady investment advisor. Going for a business loan or looking for an investor you leverage every thing you have and pad where you can. It is standard practice. Hochul’s reassurances aren’t worth much if a radical DA runs on “ getting” you, and now we have an image of what that means.

CPT Jack Durish - Trump committed fraud. He lied as to the true value of his properties.
New York Executive Law § 63(12), sometimes called simply "63 12" or "63(12)",[2] is a New York law that gives the Attorney General of New York broad powers to investigate and prosecute cases of alleged civil fraud.
NO victim? Nonsense.
1. According to this law, there need not be a complaining victim.
2. Yes, he paid the loans, but at a lower interest rate than perhaps he would have had to pay had the banks knew the true value of those properties.
I am not a lawyer but even I can understand this one.
Trump was convicted of fraud under this law! Period! He should pay.

MSG Stan Hutchison - You did it. You get the thumbs up. And you got the law right. Sadly, you will never be dissuaded because you are willing to have people use the law for political purposes inasmuch as they coincide with your political purposes. But that is your right. For me, it makes me sad when I see the law used this way and people supporting it. God help you if you ever face such an abuse of the law. Maybe then you'll wish that the law be applied fairly and equitably. Fortunately, you and I are both shielded by the fact that we are inconsequential. Just two average citizens who don't amount to enough to warrant such abuse.

CPT Jack Durish - A simple question: Did Donald Trump violate New York Executive Law § 63(12)?

SSG Paul Endes - Take it up with them. NY law does not cover other states. And this is a law against fraud. You are talking about poor tax assessments.
