Good Thursday morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs
Having a definite purpose or plan is essential to getting things accomplished. The more focused you can be, the better your chances of success. When you look at your activities do they support your goal, are they neutral or do they make it more difficult to get where you want to go? Sometimes it helps to take a step back, make sure you have a defined goal and plan and see how everything else lines up (or doesn't). Do you need to review and perhaps redefine your goals?

I pray that you and I lift up our daily plans and longer-term desires to the LORD and that we are sensitive to HIM and respond as HE prompts us, my friend and sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown.
LORD YOU made plans for each of YOUR own adopted children before time began. YOU designed each of us in our DNA and created our soul in YOUR image.
YOU accept us as we are at all times. YOU sanctify each of us in accordance to the way we are “bent” by our DNA which was infected with sin.
Although YOU justified us completely at salvation, our nature is still vulnerable to the sinful world – sickness, injury, infection, disease, and/or cancer can impact our body.
LORD YOU defeated the full effects of death on the cross. I pray dear GOD that YOU heal each one who reads this prayer of their most pressing illnesses and injuries. I pray LORD that adopted son and daughter who reads this prayer will stand in the gap in faith for the injured and diseased among those they love. Do what it takes tonight LORD to heal as many as YOU know should be healed and enable each to sleep peacefully this night.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.
