Thanks for sharing this great organization and what they do - I would love to partner with them on future projects LTC Stephen C. - I sent a connection reques to CPT Daniel Hance and we'll take it from there.
In the meantime, I want to share the link you provided with other RP Members, so they can see what this unique program is all about. That means I'm going to mention a lot of my contacts. If they are interested the that is good, if not then they will just delete the email notification - Check it out at this link:

"The Catalyst is a unique program for military Veterans that provides a holistic approach to the military transition that centers around the individual. One of the most important aspects of The Catalyst, and what separates us from the other military transition programs, is that you define your own success - we do not define it for you. Whether you want a high-paying career, to start your own non-profit, or to be the first in your family with a...

CPT (Join to see) - Why is that Eric. I resolved this issue with SSG Carlos Madden earlier last week. Why can't I get the word out about this non-profit to my connections?

Every year, Evan Williams celebrates being American-made and owned with the release of six limited-edition American Hero bottles. Each star-spangled label salutes the service of a 2020 American-Made Hero. This year, CPT (Join to see) and The Catalyst are featured by Evan Williams!
This one is pretty fancy, SSG (Join to see)!

Never seen them, with only six I'm guessing they never make it out of Kentucky.

Most definitely needed. When I got out of the hospital, and for many years afterwards, folks mostly wanted to define me by my limitations.

I do have a lot of limitations due to health problems, but the kids try to keep me from doing the things that I CAN do. It is very hard to explain to them to just let me do what I can and then ask for the help when I need it.

PO1 Steve Ditto - Do your children work for VA? That's how the VA operated with me. It got to the point that I went years without going to the doctor because they kept trying to keep me from doing the things I could do. If I needed VA's help, I would have asked.

SGT Robert Pryor - My medical problems are not with the VA, they are just not taking good care of my body in my younger years, but my children want to do EVERY THING for me. There are a few things that I am able to accomplish on my own, and when I do do them then I seem to catch the dickens from them for doing them. That is all.

PO1 Steve Ditto - I got that from your original message. I was just making a sideways crack about the VA treating me the same way your children treat you. I just want to be seen by what I can do, not those things I can't do.

Certainly wish programs like this were around when I retired. About the only pfogram I remember was from TROA (now MOAA) and that wasn't nearly as sophisticated as this sounds.
BTW, I was thinking about you today. Had to pick up meds for wife on base and while waiting in the drive thru pick up line was watching a C-17 drop crazy people out of a perfectly good airplane. I saw 3 passes with 8 people out on each pass, plane was landing as I was leaving the base, probably to load up with more crazy people! :-))

You’ll always need some good airborne troopers around, Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen, to keep you well “grounded”! ;)
