Learning curve hasn't seemed to be a problem for them.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Please don't take this the wrong way.
I remember in another thread you said that when you were flying you made plenty of mistakes, if they do when they get back home they could not only loose a vehicle, but the crew and dismounts. They might be fast learners & tough fighters, but I don't think they can absorbed losses like we can and still be in the fight.

SPC Gary C. Yes I made every mistake short of losing an aircraft. An oops doesn't necessarily get you killed, but makes you a better fighter.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - A oops in training is a learning tool, but in modern combat with all the smart weapons a oops will get you killed faster than a fart at your wedding.

They seem to be doing pretty well uncombined. They are mostly battle-hardened amateurs fighting the unwilling. Lets not make it too complicated. We have become so complex in our operational war fighting that we haven't won a protracted war since 1945. That's 78 years!
