I have no words. I did not see where the body cam showed where the dog bit the officer.
Is there another camera sequence showing that?

I Think The Video Showed The Persons Hand,
But I Sure Couldn't See Any Visible Damage.

Peaceful vet arrested for panhandling, that officer just wanted something to do and something to shoot. The whole thing was just unnecessary and could've been a verbal warning and let go.

It Should Have Simply Been Ignored,.
And The Cop Should Just Have Continued Driving Away
Shouldn't Even Have Been An Issue...

This Was A Situation Where The Cops Should Be Stripped Of All THEIR Personal Possessions, Including Their Money & ID. Given Some Shabby Clothing & Dropped Off In The Middle Of Los Angeles.
Give THEM Each Some Experience Of Being An Unemployed, Poor, Homeless VET..
For A Month Or So.
That's What's Called "An Attitude Adjustment".
