My friend SGT Jim Arnold the decision to overturn Roe V Wade was 5-3 and the decision to support Dobbs was 6-3. Both victories and I am very thankful that this contensious issue has been returned to the states.

{[washingtonexaminer.com/policy/courts/scotus-decision-and-dissent-on-overruling-roe-v-wade]} In a decision released Friday, the justices voted 6-3 to uphold Mississippi's ban on abortion after 15 weeks. The reasoning for the opinion came down to a 5-1-3 split, with Justice Samuel Alito writing the majority ruling overturning Roe, while Chief Justice John Roberts concurred in his own opinion but wanted a narrower ruling that focused on upholding Mississippi's ban. Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan dissented.
"Whatever the exact scope of the coming laws," the dissenters wrote, "one result of today's decision is certain: the curtailment of women's rights, and of their status as free and equal citizens."

Yes, Brother Steve, your Prayers, along with a whole bunch of us, were answered. Hip-hip-hooray. Some are sicker than others and some are sicker than most others. I Pray for the sick.

It isn't in the Constitution or outlined in the Bill of Rights; it belongs to the states.

Thank you my friend and sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown for responding. Hopefully this series of decisions will bring an end to the call for penumbral rights [never enumerated]
