While I thought he Rocket was one of the best ball players in an era- it was funny reading his quote and then thinking it should say ...and steroids after the quote. I have been working steadily toward recovering as much of my strength and flexibility as possible. I saw one of the therapists the other day who said, you cannot be doing what you are doing...it isn't possible. Good that I didn't know that. I thought my limits were what I would find on my own. I believe that your mindset is absolutely critical and I try to evaluate where I am and what I think and believe before I start on something. I can almost always predict the outcome from that.
