Thank you my friend COL Mikel J. Burroughs for sharing the video message from steve-durgin and letting us know about the RIDE22 bike ride today in Allegany, NY with our friend Sgt Randy Wilber.
I hope that ride was well attended and supported as with each of the other RIDE22 rides.
I just fini9shed apply strong and weak topical steroids for psoriasis on various parts of my body. I will be taking the bull dog and pit bull out back to burn off some steam and play fight with each other. The younger bull dog is upset because the pit pull is older and not as active she was. He barks at me and tries to jump up on me. I stopped wearing a shirt when taking them out. My skin heals easier than mending shirts. :-)

LTC Stephen F. I hope the medication gives you great relief from psoraisis. And yes at times our fur babies can destroy a few clothes. But hopefully for skin didn't take the brunt of the pulling and scratching.
