Reminds me of many of the people driving around the DC beltway. I swear 1/3 of the population in the NCR* have never seen snow.
Of that 1/3, half want to drive 25 miles below the speed limit at the first hint of a snow flake and the other half want to drive like the laws of physics don't apply to them when the roads are covered with snow/ice.

What was a perfect analogy was the pickup with the plow attachment skidding on the ice and running into the police car ... which also skidded on the ice and ran into the bus ... which also (and so on).
