SFC Jo Ann Klawitter Sorry to hear that you lost your sister to suicide. I lost a brother. He shot himself in the head on the night of his 40th birthday but managed to live another 13 years. As far as I'm concerned he died that night; he was barely more than a vegetable and partially paralyzed.

Good afternoon SFC Jo Ann Klawitter. So sorry to hear about that. My condolences goes out to her family and friends. I recall in 2012 when I returned from deployment from Afghanistan, two Soldiers that I knew personally lost the battle with their demons and took their own lives. They didn't show any symptoms and was always smiling when they both returned from deployment. They have left behind wives, children, family and friends. :-<
