On Monday, September 11, morning I drove to INOVA Fair Oaks hospital and requested two copies of my CT Myelogram CD. My darling wife drove me to Martinsburg, WV VAMC to drop of the CT Myelogram CD.
2. On the way to Martinsburg, WV, we saw the JW Randall Lineback Cow [Skunk Cows] grazing in the shade. 3. By God's grace I arrived in time to deliver the CT Myelogram CD to Radiology Release of Information.
4. On the way back to Sterling, Virginia we saw the JW Randall Lineback Cow [Skunk Cow] still in the shade and later we saw two adult white alpaca in the front area of their gated area.
5. When we got home to Sterling, I had received a bill from Fair Oaks Radiology. Since VA Community Care had coordinated my CT Myelogram and given me authorization for the payment.
6. I called Community Care and they were able to contact Fair Oaks Radiology and provide the authorization for the bill to be paid by Veterans Affairs.
