Alcohol was illegal in the early 20th century for a little while too. Amazing how some folks think they can outlaw naturally occurring substances.

SGT (Join to see) - Prohibition (1920-1933) was responsible for the great increase in the criminal world, organized crime. Folks like Capone would have been nothing without bootlegging alcohol, just as the cartels would be nothing without the outlawing of drugs. People are always going to look for that escape. Just too much money involved to ever prevent drug use, just as it was during Prohibition.

I don't have a problem with how this judge ruled. To be upfront, I'm not a fan of Marijuana usage but had to change my view on some things as it helped control my wife's pain from chemo treatments.
