"When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results." ~Ken Blanchard
Think about it. When it is important to you, you find a way to get it done. When it is something you are not committed to but only interested in, you tend to do it when it is convenient or you have nothing else to do. When you start a project, a job, a relationship, ask yourself, Am I committed or just interested? Then you will know your level of determination. What are you determined to accomplish in your life?
I am determined to get through rehab with the best level of achievement I can. No excuses. No skipped workouts, no cheating because I would be cheating myself.

Well my sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown I highly reccomend you set your goals on long term recovery instead of keeping up wioth a particular schedule.
I have recovered from complications in surgery dating back to 1972 and injuries without complications ince before that.
The best advice I received was don't look at daily progress beacuse that will fluctuate. Look at week to week or month to month to get a sense of how you are progressing.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - Great quote by Blanchard and excellent example with your rehab Charlie. Keep up the great work and you'll get there soon and at the same time reserve energy for the next day's activities. Have a great Tuesday!

Good Morning COL. "No Excuses" Not ever.....
"Don't Make Excuses, Make It Happen"
Anything by GW:
"It is better to offer no excuse than a bad one." — George Washington
This gets to the heart of The "Blame Game" and is the standard of low:
"A man can fail many times, but he isn’t a failure until he begins to blame somebody else." — John Burroughs
I am off to buff the front deck....Wish I could make excuses but have to make it happen, then deliver a boat. Have a fine Tuesday COL. Say Good Morning to the betters please...

Today's progress COL Mikel J. Burroughs finished removing the hatches and the frames, removed all silicone caulking, cleaned with acetone and ready to buff. I keep forgetting one last thing but now I am GTG.....And I also delivered a boat 55 miles away in a downpour this afternoon....Wow, that cleaned up nice now that I look at the pictures. Should buff out nice.

Alan I would change the quote by John Burroughs a little, A man can fail many times but he is not a failure until he quits trying.
