It was democrats from the south that kept the black man down for over a century denying him three amendments of the constitution.

Talk forget the democrats were the ones In the Confederacy, the actual racist people. When a president biden's best Democrat friends was a Former k k k member.
It was johnson kennedy and other democrats working with the Republicans that passed the 1960s civil rights legislation that we have today.

Juneteenth is may be a meaningful holiday in alot of households, and that's great. However, if it's to be accepted nationally, it needs a whole lot more explanation given to the public.
