So many ways to look at that statement about not being alone. Loneliness kills people. We know that now. And it isn't enough just to be around others. Lt Col Charlie Brown, a person can be alone in a crowded room if the rest of the people in that room aren't intentional about being a community. One of our Brothers took his own life in a waiting room in a VA Medical Center. Nobody suspected that anything was amiss with him until they heard the shot. They were lost in their own little worlds.
