This message is true! Somethings just plain suck the life out of you! That's another reason, you should be exercising to reduce your levels of stress!

It's also another reason to have a social support network in place so that one can talk with others regarding one's daily stresses. It's a reason to check to see whether or not one is surrounded by toxic people or positive, uplifting people.
