Ex-conservative blasts media for not covering the threat to democracy — again

Columnist Jennifer Rubin, who describes herself as an ex-conservative, blasted the media on Sunday, saying that they're ignoring the threat to democracy that is coming again in the election.
At issue is the recent polling showing that President Joe Biden's poll numbers were down as he kicks off his 2024 campaign. Trump announced his campaign on Nov. 16, 2022. It brought the media together to endless conversations about Biden stepping out of the race. There's no evidence of it, and it isn't a reality, but the media still reported it.
"Consider the obsessive coverage of a single New York Times-Siena College polla full year before the election (touting four-times indicted former president Donald Trump as leading in five of six swing states, although only one was outside the poll’s margin of error). The Times built its political coverage around it for days. Virtually every cable news show featured it," Rubin complained, noting she's an MSNBC contributor. "Other outlets focused on it. Roundtables gathered to discuss it. The coverage assumed the poll to be gospel — accurate, productive, important — and then used it as evidence that Biden is toast. (A majority of national polls, by the way, show Biden tied with or slightly ahead of Trump)."
Meanwhile, she explained, the poll is "utterly meaningless" a year out from an election. She compared it to former President Barack Obama and where he stood in 2011. Meanwhile, she cited a "highly reputable Pennsylvania poll" showing Biden doing well among swing states. Where a GOP poll puts Biden tied in Nevada with Trump, not losing by 10 points. In Wisconsin, Trump leads by two points.

The main threat to Democracy is that someone who qualifies to run might be prevented from doing so.
Contrary to what you might think, Mr Trump would not be my first choice but I will absolutely defend his right to be on a ticket if that is what the voters choose.

The media ignores President Biden who is a threat to democracy Because Corrupt President Biden has been compromised by ukraine comma kazakhstan comma russia, romania and other entities like Communists China but they protect the widen crime family at all costs. He also has had classified documents stolen from congress since he was a senator. These documents were discovered at his think. Tanks and Philadelphia on Delaware, as well as his garage in his home. Next was corvette and that's not a SCIF. Even though he volunteered it, the crime was still committed. But because he is a Democrat, come on, nothing. It is done about it and no theatrical raid was done. We know that hunter Biden shared this information. With his Chinese buddies and hunter, Biden went with his father on Air Force 2 or on Air Force one to take advantage of the classified insider information.
Let us not forget that the Biden administration also censored conservative viewpoints and jim jordan's investigating that right now and subpoenas have been given. The origins of the Coronavirus have been censored by the White House as well as discussing the side effects of COVID vaccines. The FBI has been weaponized to go after parents who don't like school boards. Forcing transgender issues down little kids, throats and brainwashing them about critical race theory. Which is basically one form of racism saying that white people are inherently racist.
