I don't believe it for a minute. It's tin foil hat time.
_Are the voters in those states allowed to vote for the candidate of their choice in the primaries, regardless of party?
_During the previous two presidential election primaries, some local democratic party chairmen encouraged their rank and file to "party jump" and vote for the states number 2 GOP candidates. The hope was to burn off some of the "presumptive" GOP candidates war chest.
_The DNC is already shutting down any democrat contender for President Biden's nomination. They are preserving their war chest.
Never turn your back on a DNC operative.
