Of course Vox would say 'secretly'. Anything to make conservatives look bad. This is gas lighting at its worst.

From Forbes: "The DOJ’s indictment doesn’t accuse the right-wing influencers—which it identifies only as Commentator-1 and Commentator-2—of any wrongdoing and instead suggests they were deceived by the company’s two founders and the Russian state media operatives."

I think this is an important distinction. From what we can tell the people spreading Russian propaganda may very well not have known the source was Russia. I think they likely should have suspected it, many of us listening to them did. Having said that, money has a way of making people not ask too many questions they don't want answers to.

SPC Kevin Ford I follow Rubin and Poole. You are prevaricating saying they are espousing Russian propaganda. The charges say nothing the sort either.

LTC Trent Klug - The indictment very much says that they are paying for them to push Russian propaganda. From the indictment.

"While the views expressed in the videos are not uniform, the subject matter and content of the videos are often consistent with the Government of Russia's interest in amplifying U.S. domestic divisions in order to weaken U.S. opposition to core Government of Russia interests, such as its ongoing war in Ukraine. "

This is the group that the funds are traced back to:

"RT is a Russian state-funded and state-directed media outlet. As RT's editor-inchiefhas publicly acknowledged, "since RT receives budget from the state, it must complete tasks
given by the state."1 For nearly two decades, RT has promoted the objectives of the Government of Russia by publishing disinformation and propaganda, leveraging its international network to amplify the Government of Russia's message to foreign audiences, and using its guise as a conventional media outlet to lend credibility to that message. RT's propaganda is most obvious when it reports on matters of importance to the Government of Russia, such as public opinion about Ukraine in the United States. When direct propaganda is not effective, however, RT has pursued malign influence campaigns in countries opposed to its policies, including the United States, in an effort to sow domestic divisions and thereby weaken opposition to Government of Russia objectives."

...

"RT's editor-in-chief further explained that, despite being "banished everywhere on February 25" - referring to the start of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 - RT had built "an enormous network, an entire empire of covert projects that is working with the public opinion, bringing truth to Western audiences." "

The game I suspect you are playing is since the indictment does not explicitly name Tenet Media, you are saying that it might not be them since they are the link to Ruben and Poole, even though we know it almost certainly is. When that information is verified, which it most certainly will be, you will alter your argument. Pretty much anything to get away from admitting what we've been telling you since 2016, you have been getting led around by the nose by Russian propaganda. No one likes to admit they have been played for suckers. At some point you might realize it, but you will likely need so distance from it.

LTC Trent Klug - What I suppose you could mean is neither Rubin or Pool personally spread the propaganda. I'd disagree with that assessment as well. It completely ignores the power of celebrity and them lending their name to the Tenet content; the reasons why they were hired. They were paid for a tacit endorsement and to do shows to introduce their followers to Tenet, an organization full or Russian propaganda, thus causing its spread.

They could very well have done it unknowingly, but based on Tenet's content they absolutely should have recognized where it was coming from. Now to be clear it could turn out one of these guys suspected what was happening and turned in Tenet to the FBI. If so, good for them. But even then they still, even if unknowingly, helped spread Russian propaganda.

MSG Billy Brumfield - "An FBI investigation found evidence that the media outlet RT, previously called Russia Today, which is run by the Russian government, “secretly plant[ed] and financ[ed]” a Tennessee content creation company; the indictment describes Tenet in all but name. The company is then alleged to have stealthily spread pro-Russian, anti-democracy propaganda to millions of people across the internet, primarily via YouTube, TikTok, and other major social media platforms."

MSG Billy Brumfield - The FBI is still investigating and crimes are always "alleged" until proven in a court of law.
