I'm thinking about a story I read earlier, in which a trans High School athlete Won a State Championship in Women's 400 meter sprint. It was only by about a second but it still kept the biologically female athlete from the recognition that she had coming. On average Biological Males are bigger, faster, stronger than the average Biological Female. That's why Women's sports were instituted in the first place. This whole controversy revolves around males that wish they were female in some way and are looking for recognition. A "Butch" woman is still going to compete as a woman, and not invoke LGBTQxxx.(Use Megan Rapinoe as an example here,) Quit pandering to a small segment of society at the expense of female athletes. If a guy wants to have long hair and wear dresses, that's his choice. But quit trying to force that choice on the rest of the world that for the most part DGAF.
The author of this commentary wants to make it about civil rights. It's not in my opinion. It's Womens Sports, Fairness, and whether a person has an X or Y chromosome.
