Some of the reasons: Environmental violations, promised jobs not materialized and local investors losing money due to lack of profitability.

I am surprised Leticia James, Fanny Willis or Alvin Brag did not add it to there Lawfare.
It is too bad that it didn't happen. I don't see any lawsuits spending?
