Before Moscow theater terrorist attack in 2024, there was the 2004 Beslan school siege. The separatist group brutally mistreated the hostages, but the commensurate Russian response killed hundreds of civilians.

The Russian government cares nothing of her citizens. They would nuke their own if it served the State's purpose.

They've killed millions in the pogroms and in the Gulags. They aren't any different now from Stalin's day.
