I turned my packet in In march of 2021 and my last drill was in December of 2021. I started receiving my pension in January of 2022. I had applied for a Religious exemption but My command staff knew that I would be out before they would start suspending people. Political games By the Activist Biden administration has seriously hurt manpower and retention in the reserve component that makes a 55% of the total force. Insult to injury, Madison Avenue tries to cater to lesbian at alternate lifestyle soldiers Instead of trying to promote duty , honor and country.
What that has done is piss off the average straight person who doesn't want to join if they are talking about gay and lesbian issues and being' inclusive' in the military.

Some who are still silly to stay in have more than 2 deployments and 3 mobilizations, so don't write us off. Don't knock us cause we could Fix your internet and cable and we don't necessarily walk around saying Roger Or roger that on everything we talk about. We are citizen soldiers who could fit in after we retire or get out because we have regular civilian jobs.
