Hunter Biden seeks dismissal of gun charges, saying law violates the Second Amendment

Knew it was coming. His Defense Attorneys would have been doing him a dis-service had they not filed the motion. Now, who's head is going to implode when the 2A gets Hunter out of this spot of trouble. It's not the only gun charge hanging over Him though. If it works for Him, there'll be a lot of other appeals appearing from around the country from other folks, that will now have standing.

That is an interesting twist. Just charge him with Tax Fauld.
When they convicted Al Capone that's what they did since they would have had a large problem getting any of his gang or victims going to speak on the stand.
