There is no perfect church...when u think you found it when you walk in the door it ain't perfect any longer. See a church is more than brick and mortar...every belief has its flaws but if they are rooted in the spiritual truth that Jesus came from a virgin, walked a sinless life on this earth only to be nailed to a cruel cross to die for mine and everyone elses sins then was raised three days later to ascend to heaven to sit on the right hand of God only to provide intercession for me so I one day will join them then that is a good church...the earthly stuff will be earthly stuff and will pass away...these truths will not.
Phillipians 2:9-11, "Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

The big problem often isn't even about the religion or what it stand for but Human's including many members of the clergy itself that don't seem to understand that concept. One local church We had that just kept grown and growing in attendance the pastor died an the new Minister my have preached pretty much the same but didn't live by what they preached not only did attendance fall off, they could not relate to the parish members and were greedy. The higher ups beyond that local parish refused to remove them or do anything about it. The end result was that church closed and was gone forever. That is I know only one of many things that could have happened but Church and religion isn't just what You do during a service but how it is applied to everyday life.
