A member of Congress and a Texas state legislator have called for the Justice Department to investigate the Texas National Guard’s intelligence work at the state’s border with Mexico.
Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas) and state Sen. Roland Gutierrez (D-San Antonio), who is running for U.S. Senate, both issued statements via their official accounts on X, the social media site better known as Twitter.

Not surprised after all social media was created by the CIA as a way to spy on and manipulate people via algorithms. Started with Operation Mockingbird to current efforts on social media platforms - many funded in part by the CIA. However find it funny the ones spying on people are the ones in charge of investigating people for spying on people.
