SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Excellent share Brother Joe. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that commands intentionally overlook sexual assault cases to keep the unit from looking bad and protecting those involved. We all know this is wrong leaving those who are assaulted to not report and those who witness afraid to get involved. When you have General also looking the other way...all I can say is, "Damn, General, don't you care about your troops?'
