A bipartisan group of senators is demanding a “complete, thorough and impartial investigation” into the death of a young female soldier at Fort Hood last month, expressing concerns about ongoing harassment problems at the Army post.

1SG Russell Scott then lift the "No conceal/open Carry regulations. Most of those there are trained / Combat ready Personnel.
Why take the chance for another murder when any who legally can carry elsewhere are not able on a Military Base ? Sadly, the death toll will probably climb. And no one will State the obvious, let alone lift the Restriction that causes it.
