Between Oregon and California it seems that official in both states miss the entire concept of why there is a constitutional right to bear arms. Both state provide proof why that sort of Amendment is needed and both displaying excessive control against law abiding United States citizens. Whatever they do if it's a violation of the US Constitution it it NOT valid. Perhaps their effort should be on actually prosecuting Criminals Who do violate the law and have used firearms in an unlawful manner in committing those crimes which BOTH states have failed to do. I'm also NOT against proper training in both use and gun safety which anyone that handles firearms should receive and have available but that would apply to ALL Firearms. The Police and Military do receive that training and so should the public to insure safe use a hopefully prevent accidental discharges and injuries NOT to be confused with unlawful use in criminal acts.

I predict the Oregon Supreme Court will vote 7-0 to lift the hold. They have no respect for either the Oregon or US Constitutions, nor do they have respect for any precedent set this year by the USSC.
All seven justices were initially appointed to the Oregon Supreme Court by Democrat governor's. 5 of them, and soon to be a 6th, were appointed by the current governor. They only owe allegiance to the party that got them on the bench, not either Constitution.
