Good information. Starting in 1975 I've bought 4 homes using the VA and when I think back to hard and long that first process was its good to know things are getting easier.

I Never Encountered Any Issues To Get Any Of My VA Home Loans.
Nor Did I Have Any Difficulty Applying For Them.
I Never Even Knew It Was Supposed To Be Difficult..
Does This Make Any Sense To Others Here?

It's about time...I bought my house in Newport News when I was at HQ Air Combat Command at Langley. I would have benefited from more information, but it was still worth it to live there (despite the thin pine trees!). Thank you, Brother Joe for sharing!

I SWEAR, If Our Schools Would Bother To Educate Our People,
These Situations Wouldn't Exist...Finances, To The Best Of MY Knowledge,
Have NEVER Been Taught On ANY Level From K-12, In ANY Of Our Schools.
Our High School Grads Can't Even Balance Their Own Check Books...
No Wonder There's So Much Poverty In This Country.....
Nobody Even Understands Money, And They're BROKE Because Of It..
Makes Me FURTHER Happy That I QUIT School & Educated MYSELF,
I Completed Business & Finance Programs Which The Public Schools Never Even HAD.
What A Bunch Of Bull SH*T Our Schools Provide...
I'm OUT-A Here. Far To Pizzed Off At This Country's Lack Of Education,To Continue On.
NOTHING Sets Me Off So Quickly As The Depth Of Ignorance We Have In These 50 States,
Because It's Totally Preventable..

DAMN !!~And~BYE~
