LONDON — The family of a British man condemned to death for fighting for Ukraine said it is devastated by the outcome of what it termed a “show trial” and called Saturday for him to be released and accorded the treatment an international human rights convention guarantees prisoners of war.

Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Unfortunately the Rules are "Different" for Mercenaries and it is easy to Paint a Foreigner fighting for an Opponent as a "Mercenary" Not Protected by the Geneva Convention. Having Said that, He is Valuable for Trading, Which I Suspect is the End Goal. Hopefully they don't carry out the Sentence. That would be Politically Ignorant, They've already Made the Point with the Sentence.
