The Navy did the same thing several years ago. Bottom line - no customer service time available due to bandwidth issues and other poor excuses; HR pay and personnel events took forever - often requiring resubmission after resubmission; computer glitches screwed up pay records; no human face to face interaction - so you can't ask for assistance, receive an explanation for screw-ups, complain. You need something Sailor? Go online and figure out how to do it yourself. Broke, broke, broke.
