The sentence is more reasonable, but if the Driver was not responsible for the brakes failing on the Vehicle he was driving then He should not have even been charged... However, if He was totally responsible for failing to have the brakes repaired then the sentence is warranted, but not the 110 Years originally issued... Just saying!

He was running at about 85 MPH, slamming on the brakes at that speed could cause failure. In addition, he passed an emergency exit and ran into a traffic jam. No effort to avoid the crash. Four deaths and numerous injuries. Agree 110 years too much, but 10 years is a travesty of Justice for those injured and families whose family members of those that died.

SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Ten years is still a long time but at least there may be light at the end of the tunnel where as one hundred ten the tunnel would go on forever.
