Although there are both proponets and detractors of this policy, in the long run it is the only one that makes any sense and is sustainable.

The problem, of course, is that somehow we became stuck in phase one. But as Katz points out, in such a case you don’t really prevent deaths; you just change the dates.

Exactly! The devil is going to get his due, when it comes to COVID-19, no matter what we do. If we let the economy continue to crash, we're going to lose a whole lot of other folks through collateral damage. Why can't the dimwits see this?

Excellent Information Ma’am...we ALL need to move on...at our own pace, in our own way...
If we stay hidden away, that’s where it will all end...(just my two cents)
I have been out since the pandemic began...my mom is 91 and I have been trying to keep her at home.
I have also been ‘delivering’ chocolate to the PD, MP, and USMC pilots. My routine has actually become busier. I have my gloves, bandana, lots of soap and water. I have been screened by the VA twice and I had blood work done in April. I know I am NOT invincible; however, I also strongly believe in a plan much bigger than me. So, when it’s my time to leave this earth; then, “where You lead, I will follow. Anywhere that you ask me to”...
