Good R.E.D. Friday morning Maj William W. 'Bill' Price and this is a superb APOD... I saw this yesterday on a post by PVT James Strait and shared it... It is absolutely phenomenal! I have watched this both on my laptop (1600 X 900) pixels and on my side monitor which has a resolution of 1920 X 1080 Pixels or 2,073,600 pixels and this panoramic image is over 1.8 Billion- Pixels... The detail is astounding to say the least! One can easily see the dense detail of the Curiosity rover, including the left wheel (foreground) where the carbon fiber mesh in between the wheels metal frame has been damaged by the marscape... It is almost as if one were standing right on Mars! Just Awesome! Thank you for the Great share Bill & PVT James Strait...
