Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs I counseled someone on this topic yesterday. She is so hard on herself that she almost cannot function. We went through it all and she has a program to follow to stop that behavior. It's obsessive and unhelpful and most of us do it although not to that level fortunately. We can encourage ourselves or we can discourage ourselves to the point of inaction and/or failure. Which do you choose?
