I am more cautious about "breakthroughs" for complex PTSD based on my research and clinical experience. And in addition to complex PTSD, I often see clinical depression, SUD, compacted grief, and at times TBI.

I don't know if I would classify anything coming out as a "breakthrough", but rather, an "advancement". Either way, anything innovative that helps someone is good stuff!

SSgt Richard Kensinger - Very well put Richard, I'm not a fan of those PTSD clinics. There is a big deference between mild, advance, and severe PTSD. Been through all that, I know what I have and I learned deal with it in my own way. However, there are many that actually need some type of help. The best are those who have been there and managed to help others!

Count me in! This is a very good group as it facilitates new ideas, concepts, cross talk, and meetings of the mind.
