"On January 6, 1975, Pink Floyd started sessions start at Abbey Road Studios London for their next album Wish You Were Here. Their ninth studio album was released on 12 September 1975 and features 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' a tribute to Syd Barrett whose mental breakdown had forced him to leave the group seven years earlier."

After purchasing Dark Side of the Moon, I searched fro and bought earlier Pink Floyd LPs. A Saucerful of Secrets [1968], Ummagumma [1969], Atom Heart Mother [1970, Obscured by Clouds [1972], Ummagumma
Rick Wright, Dave Gilmour, Nick Mason and Roger Waters are extremely talented
